I will say the times I stop and get the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies as well as a large order of Pig Candy to take to work, it's all gone in no time (especially the pig candy which I'll get requests for before work meetings).
I've stopped in quite a few times both on my way to work and on my way home.
I've sampled quite a bit of the stuff they sell and it's all good.. although I have yet to get a hold of the 5 in 10 Apple Pie.. the thing is monsterous and just looks dang good.
Every detail is well thought. At a different level compared to all others in state college area. Super friendly people and they offer you many options for an order. Every ingredient is high quality and every taste is well optimized. It takes 40-45 mins to reach there from our home but definitely well deserved.
Kimmy & Scott baked for our daughter's wedding reception. They wanted pie instead of cake & Kimmy & Scott were SO very accommodating & easy to work with. The pies were Out-Of-This-World delicious! We ordered extra (just in case) & there were only 2 pieces left at the end of the evening. Everyone commented on how delicious their pie was & how beautiful the pie table was - again, Kimmy & Scott to the rescue! Wonderful people - delicious bakery items! You have to try them!
I highly suggest stopping in if you've never done so.

I love this place! The proprietors are very friendly and the baked goods are outstanding. They make a lovely variety of cakes, cupcakes, pies, pastries, cookies and breads. They also make some vegan and gluten free options, which are great. Lovely wedding cakes, too. Great local business!
